Brianne Cannady from a young age recognized she had a love for dance, but found her passion through her feet. Brianne has been tapping for 18 years now and started her studies at All-Stars Dance Center in Westfield, Ma under the direction of Kelly Kennedy and Tiffany Jacquier. In the competition world, Brianne won multiple titles both regional and national level for Sophisticated Dance Productions, Starbound, Show Stoppers, and many more. In addition to All-Stars, Brianne has been an active member of The Boston Tap Company since 2010 under the mentorship of the founder/director Sean C Fielder. Brianne was appointed as Junior Company Dance Captain as an opportunity to mentor young dancers and share her knowledge of tap. Alongside BTC Brianne has taken class with and shared the stage with dancers such as Jason Samuels Smith, Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards, Michelle Dorrance, Derick Grant, Khalid Hill, and many others. Brianne has performed at multiple tap festivals to include, The Beantown Tap Festival, DC Tapfest, NJ Tapfest, Rhythm World 2012, Chicago, and The Institute for the Rhythmic Arts 2015.
